Do My Homework For Me Professionally
Do My Homework For Me Professionally It is akin to telling workers at McDonaldâs that they should care more about doing their job than their salary. The company has been operating since 2014 and serves the United States. According to their stats, they have more than 1,000 active writers. However, we find it hard to believe that they have so many writers. It also serves as a statement of disdain against an arbitrary and repressive institution. For these reasons, cheating can be a source for pride that boosts self-esteem. Given this construct, cheating is not simply something many students do; it is something all students in compulsory schools should do. One of the most salient features of all public schools is the importance of grades. No more than 30 minutes of after-class tasks are recommended. Do you agree or disagree with the fact homework should be banned? No matter which type of task a student faces, he/she should keep in mind a responsive, reliable team of certified writers is ready to write essays based on the customerâs instructions. If students feel bad for cheating, it is because the environment has created a set of conditions where cheating is necessary and justifiable. With many tasks to solve in one night, a student trains multitasking skills. A single assignment may require research, writing, and analysis skills plus some computer skills. For this same reason, many students are proud that they cheat. Cheating often requires creativity in terms of execution as well as ingenuity to avoid being caught. But the most recent study to examine the issue found that kids in their study who were in early elementary school received about three times the amount of recommended homework. Research shows that some students regularly receive higher amounts of homework than experts recommend, which may cause stress and negative health effects. Some parents, in fact, have decided to opt out of the whole thing. The Washington Post reported in 2016 that some parents have just instructed their younger children not to do their homework assignments. And all those extra assignments may lead to family stress, especially when parents with limited education arenât confident in their ability to talk with the school about their childâs work. Homework should be banned if it does not have anything to with the topic or studied subject. It is not ethical to assign tasks that students did not cover in class and expect to get excellent papers. Because of the lack of writing or research skills, they risk failing the entire course, and most teachers do nothing to help. HuffingtonPost in its article supports students from the United States and the United Kingdom who believe the amount of homework tasks is not fair. Because grades are the currency and sole commodity of schools, they are used both to motivate and punish. They are a major component of a studentâs portfolio and have the potential to impact their future. Educators might try to stress the value of âlearningâ over grades, but that is a complete farce. When learning is not commensurately represented by grades, students rightly feel cheated by the system and become apathetic. To insist on valuing learning over grades is offensively disingenuous and hypocritical.

Describe the Importance of International Criminal Court - 2200 Words
Describe the Importance of International Criminal Court (Essay Sample) Content: Importance of International Criminal CourtNameCourseDateThe International Criminal Court (ICC), overseen by the Rome Statute, is the single most steady, treaty based, global criminal court. The ICC is meant at assisting bring an end to impunity among offenders of the atrocities of alarm to the international community. The International Criminal Court is a self-governing foreign body and is not included as one of the United Nations organizations. ICC is found at The Hague in the Netherlands which acts as its headquarter. Though the Courts operating expenses are funded mainly by States Parties, it also obtains charitable aids from corporations, governments, individuals, international organizations and other entities. Every society in this world has some system of social order, some method of marking and inspiring approved behavior, discouraging condemned behavior, and solving disputes. Different understandings of laws results in conflicts on what is viewed as appropriat e reactions to legally appropriate circumstances. The principal purpose of ICC law is to assist society to avoid and resolve disputes in the world. In the late 90s after the Cold War, such kind of tribunals as the ICC courts to try former Yugoslavias president, and the Rwandese genocide case, were the result of agreements declaring that impunity is unbearable. Conversely, since those courts were organized to try offenses committed only within a detailed time and for the period of a detailed conflict, there developed an all-purpose alarm to an extent that a sovereign, stable criminal tribunal was imperative. The international community has for many occasions sought the beginning of a permanently international court. In the 20th century, the world reached an agreement on definitions of offenses against humankind, genocide, and war crimes. The Tokyo and Nuremberg were able to deal with crimes of war, anti-peace and those against humanity committed at the time of the Second World War. In 1998 July, the international community agreed at a significant historic breakthrough when more than120 States adopted and accepted the Rome Statute, the legitimate basis for the establishment of the permanent International Criminal Court. After the 2nd world war, the Tokyo and Nuremberg tribunals in 1948, the UN General Assembly accepted for the first time the need to form a permanent international court for specifically for dealing with the kind of atrocities that had happened. From that fact, the prerequisite for availability of that type of a tribunal has been one of the major UNs lists of discussions. The level, kind as well as unbearable kind of violence that have so far happened in the previous decades in various parts of the world offered momentum in the struggles to establish a lasting solution for bringing to book the perpetrators of such offenses such as those committing, ethnic cleansing, sexual slavery, genocide in addition to maiming and severing the limb of those not a ssociated to the culprit. To make the matters worse such perpetrators are individuals who have enjoyed prominent positions of powers in their particular region in their regions. The Court has the power of bringing to book personalities rather than countries, and to charge them with the serious crimes to the global community such as Genocide, war offenses as well as offenses against humanity, and finally, the aggression crimes. A common misperception is to the effect that the International Criminal Court is capable of judging those indicted to have done those types of crimes in the previous years; but this is relatively untrue. The ICC will seriously hold jurisdiction over crimes only committed after 1st July 2002, the period the Statute was obligatory. Legal positivism is the legitimate philosophy that says that all forms of laws are nothing more and nothing less than merely the manifestation of the will of any kind of authority that created them. Thus, no rules can be viewed as expr essions of greater morality or higher values to which people can petition when they are not comfortable with such laws. It is an interpretation that the law is a social creation. The establishment of laws is basically an exercise that comes in brute force and a manifestation of power, not an effort to appreciate any loftier ethical or common goals. Consequently, from a positive viewpoint, it can be asserted that legal laws or rules are effective not because they are rooted in natural or moral law, but because they are ratified by appropriate authority and are embraced by the people as such. Legal positivism does state that the laws advantages are incoherent, insignificant, or peripheral to the idea of law. Nevertheless, the facts of law do not establish whether a legal or a law structure indeed occurs. The presence of a legal structure in a society can be incidental from the different arrangements of governance existent, and not on the level to which it pleases ethics of justice, equ ality, or rule of law. Most laws that are often enforced in particular systems are influenced by the type of social values its leaders differentiate as appreciated. They may be by any circumstance be jurisdictive depictions, legal decisions, or social customs.According to positivism definition of law can be a matter of what has been submitted. Legal positivism brings along several vital challenges to the perception that the ICC has genuinely legal establishments. It is uncertain how these international courts can impose their verdicts. These rulings are not legitimately binding; there is no worldwide sovereignà to support the judgments of such organizations with approvals. The specialist of this court of law is questionable. There exist, in the international law, no subordinate rules, and, in particular, no rules of appreciation or rules of arbitration. In the first place, it could be perceived as a smallà revolt in global politics and international law. Conventionally, intern ational law has shaped duties for nations only. In a different perspective, the central issue of international law has been known as the nation-state.Nonetheless, with the establishment of the ICC, the personalities became accountable in international law. Though there has been always individual illegitimate obligation before the formation of the ICC, it was either short-term, or the particular concerned, while being answerable to the values and rules of international law, was subjected to justice by the state authorities. International legal measures were dealing with rampant cases of piracy, te Geneva Convention, the and Genocide Convention dealing with crimes against humanity and war on crime recognize the individual concern. Conversely, none of them agrees with an international authority to castigate the individuals. That is to imply, it is the ruling classes that are expected to progress against those who have done the crimes protected by the above legal documents. Though, ther e is no apparent evidently and steadily defined consent against the national that displays reluctance to efficiently deal with the problem concerned. The ICC was formed for various reasons one of them being to achieve justice for all. ICC has been termed the lost connection in the global legal system. The ICC handles all of its cases between nation and not individual and without the existence of an International Criminal Court dealing with personal obligation as a prosecution mechanism, action of genocide and cruelty of human rights often go without punishment. ICC has been mandated to end impunity. The Tokyo and Nurnberg Tribunals judgment clearly stated that, crimes in opposition to global law are committed by men, and not by nonfigurative individuals, and hardly by punishing individuals who commit such offenses can the situation of international law be implemented, setting up the standard of personal illegitimate responsibility those who compel such actions as a foundation of Inte rnational Criminal Law. Another reason for the creation of ICC was to help end disagreements. In most circumstances like those regarding ethnic conflict, violence causes more violence; one massacre is the start of another big genocide. The assertion that at least some perpetrators of war offense or genocide might be judged, acts as avoidance and improves the chances of bringing an existing conflict to an end. The court plays a significant to solve the scarcity of Ad Hoc Tribunals. Ad hoc courts are questioning to restrictions of place and time. The delays essential in establishing an ad hoc tribunal can have adverse effects to justice. For instance, vital evidence can worsen or be damaged and the people responsible can vanish and witnesses can be intimidated or relocate. For example, thousands of refugees from the genocide in Rwanda have been murdered, but the approval of the tribunal is restricted to events that happened in 1994. Crimes committed at that time are not included.Anothe r role of ICC is to handle cases when National Criminal Justice Institutions are unable to act. Most countries have agreed that criminals should generally be indicated by national bodies. However, in times of discrepancies, whether global or international, such kind of a national organization are normally either unable to act, simply because some reasons. Regimes mostly have insufficient political will to put on trial their own politicians and citizens, as in the case of the Yugoslavia and national organization may have interfered with as in the case of Rwanda. The establishment of ICC has managed to discourage future war criminals. Most perpetrators of war crimes and crimes against humanity in the history of the world have gone without being punishment. It is evident that the international community will not sta...

A Brief History of Buddhism - 1417 Words
Buddhism is one of the major religions of the world. It was founded by Siddhartha Guatama (Buddha) in Northeastern India. It arose as a monastic movement during a time of Brahman tradition. Buddhism rejected important views of Hinduism. It did not recognize the validity of the Vedic Scriptures, nor the sacrificial cult which arose from it. It also questioned the authority of the priesthood. Also, the Buddhist movement was open to people of all castes, denying that a persons worth could be judged by their blood. The religion of Buddhism has 150 to 350 million followers around the world. The wide range is due to two reasons. The tendency for religious affiliation to be nonexclusive is one. The other is the difficulty in gettingâ⬠¦show more contentâ⬠¦Historians are not sure if it was held at either Kasmir or Jalanhar. Both divisions of Buddhism are said to have participated in the council. The council tried to establish peace between them. However, neither side was willing to give in. Because of this, the religion divided into many sects, including the traditional eighteen schools. The traditional eighteen schools of Buddhism were a result of different interpretations of Buddhist teachings. Together, these divisions were seen as too conservative and literal towards the teachings of Buddha. Theravada was considered too individualistic and unconcerned with the needs of the laity. It caused a liberal wing of the sangha to break away from the rest of the monks during the second council. Original group of monks continued their honoring of Buddha as a perfectly enlightened human teacher. However, the liberal Mahasanghikas developed a new interpretation. They began to think of Buddha as an eternal, all powerful being. Believing the human Buddha was an apparition sent down for human benefit, the Mahasanghikas began Mahayana. Not even the names of Mahayanas founders are known. Historians argue whether or not the new sect began in southern or northwestern India. However, they have narrowed the date to in between the 2nd century BC and the 1st century AD. My Experience At A Community College - 998 Words
Every time I am asked about my story, I have to start gathering pieces from different places. I was born and raised in Colombia, graduated from high school in Costa Rica, and came to the United States shortly after turning eighteen. During my first years here, I could not utter more than a few words in English. Like many immigrants, I studied the language while working as home health aide, housekeeper, and even as a production worker at a chocolate factory. As I grew more confident with my communication skills, I enrolled at a community college in Florida only to realize that I did not know what I wanted to do in life. My then-boyfriendââ¬ânow husbandââ¬âand I decided to go the long way to find the missing piece in our lives. Bravely, we got rid of our belongings, quit our jobs, and took a one-way flight to Shanghai. Exploring places like China, Taiwan, Myanmar, India, and Thailand, I learned about my own culture, grew more tolerant towards others, and was absolutely amazed by manmade and natural beauties alike. Yet, there was one more surreal experience awaiting. We were offered a volunteering position teaching English at an orphanage in Mongolia. Suddenly, I found myself living in an isolated village with more than 60 children in an already remote country. The following 9 months were the most challenging but also the most rewarding of my life and helped me found the missing piece. The Iliad. Essay, Research Paper The Development of the Warrior Achilles in the Iliad. From the initial unfeelingness and obstinate pique of Achilles in the first books of the Iliad to the eventual humanisation # 8217 ; of Achilles in his interaction with the sorrowing male parent of Hector, whom Achilles himself batch, the Iliad can be seen to chronicle the ripening of the Grecian hero during the awful conflicts of the Trojan War. Achilles is a hero in the heroic poem sense, complete with defects and bad qualities that round out the character, but with passions and strong beliefs that any reader can associate to. Throughout the class of the Iliad, Homer creates the character of Achilles to be that sort of hero in every sense of the word. As the novel begins, we foremost run into with Achilles in his interaction with the great male monarch, Agamemnon. It may be said that Achilles shows himself to be a dreadfully hard-headed person, and this is evidently true. Achilles does non experience that it is right that he or the remainder of the soldiers should be punished for the flashiness of their commanding officer. So, as the heroic poem starts to wind off, Achilles is described as a strong-minded, though a spot hot tempered, adult male. It is in the undermentioned books that Achilles shows some of his non to desirable qualities, yet in these qualities the character of Achilles is finally developed. Homer describes the secret plan of Achilles to revenge his shame at the manus of Agamemnon. He has his female parent, the goddess Thetis, inquire Zeus to penalize the Achaeans on behalf of her and Achilles. Zeus reluctantly agrees to this, and Achilles success in holding the whole of his people subjected to a barbarous and dearly-won war to acquire his retaliation # 8217 ; on Agamemnon. As the Trojan War presses preface, taking infinite lives of both Trojan and Achaean likewise, Achilles stands by and tickers, unwilling to take part in the conflict even when an apology from Agamemnon and pleading from his companions is presented to him. He replies in this manner, # 8220 ; Love him so good, and you may lose the love I bear you. You ought to assist me instead in tro ubling those that problem me ; be king every bit much as I am, and portion like award with myself ; the others shall take my reply ; stay here yourself and kip comfortably in your bed ; at dawn we will see whether to stay or go.â⬠( Homer IX 613-620 ) Achilles continues to forbear from straight prosecuting in the battle until his best friend, Patroclus, was killed in conflict by the mighty Hector. Achilles is devastated by the loss of his friend, and he vows to avenge this atrociousness himself. Achilles returns to the battleground ; and upon happening Hector, Achilles viciously slays the adult male with a lance into his pharynx. Achilles so allows the dead organic structure of Hector to be mutilated by the crisp lances of his fellow Dannans. Achilles so returns to strap the carcase to his chariot and drags the organic structure along, and ultimate act of discourtesy and hatred. Achilles is over the border, the decease of Patroclus has brought out a fury that can merely be quenched with the blood of Hector. Achilles is in the same sense both utterly un-human and the kernel of humanity in these actions. His intervention of the baronial warrior Hector goes beyond the bounds of normal war imposts at the clip to quite barbarian degree s. Achilles, it seems, draws satisfaction from the maculate cadaver of his enemy. Yet, all of this hatred is derived from the really human emotions of unhappiness, heartache, and particularly love. The contrast between these two sides of Achilles is hinted at by Homer. The remarks of Achilles comparing himself to a human and Hector to a animal can be viewed in both ways. Achilles says, # 8220 ; Dog, talk non to me neither of articulatio genuss nor parents ; would that I could be as certain of being able to cut your flesh into pieces and eat it natural, for the ailment have done me # 8230 ; # 8221 ; ( Homer XXII 345- 347 ) In the last book of the novel, Achilles eventually undergoes the concluding transmutation in the narrative. He listens intently to King Priam # 8217 ; s supplication to return the organic structure of his slain boy. The entreaty works, and Achilles is really moved by the heartache of the male parent. Achilles is one time once more humanized, and his development as a authoritative hero is complete. Plants Cited Homer. # 8220 ; The Illiad. # 8221 ; trans. Richmond Lattimore. Chicago and London.
